Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is how order cancellations work at Sundrift.

Cancelling Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. To cancel, email us at hello@sundrift.com with your order number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can cancel before dispatch.

Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can simply refuse delivery or return the item after it arrives, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund Timing

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
